Our governance commitments
As a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, GROW International Foundation operates under the following commitments, consistent with its Articles of Incorporation:
- The Foundation is not organized for the private gain of any person.
- No part of the Foundation's net earnings inures to the benefit of any director, officer, or member.
- The Foundation's assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable and educational purposes.
- The Foundation does not participate in political campaigns and limits any legislative activity as required for 501(c)(3) organizations.
